AIM 4 ALL (All-Inclusive Musicals) is a Winnipeg-based all inclusive musical theatre company. It is dedicated to removing barriers to participation in the performing arts while fostering artistic excellence, community connection, and meaningful representation. At its core, AIM 4 ALL believes that everyone—regardless of ability, background, or lived experience—deserves equitable access to high-quality arts training and performance opportunities.

Our Vision is a performing arts landscape in which individuals with and without disabilities create, train, and perform together as equals. AIM 4 ALL envisions a future where inclusive practice is not an exception but the standard; where diverse bodies, voices, and perspectives are fully represented on stage; and where artistic spaces actively reflect the communities they serve. Through inclusive musical theatre, AIM 4 ALL strives to build a more compassionate, accessible, and creatively rich society—one in which difference is not accommodated but celebrated.

Our Mission is to provide inclusive, accessible musical theatre training and performance opportunities that empower participants of all abilities to develop their artistic skills, confidence, and sense of belonging. AIM 4 ALL is committed to creating professional-level programming that upholds artistic integrity while embracing adaptive and participant centred approaches. By prioritizing access, collaboration, and respect, the organization ensures that each individual is supported to reach their full creative potential.
